Ryan Fieldgrove was elected to the Clear Creek Conservation District Board of Supervisors in 2010. He has served as Chairman for the District since 2010. Ryan is the manager for the Fieldgrove Ranch which owns and operates a range land cow/calf operation 20 miles east of Buffalo. The Fieldgrove Ranch was the 2011 Leopold Conservation Award recipient. The operation runs purebred Red Angus cattle and a small herd of meat goats for weed control. Ryan serves on the Northeast Sage Grouse Work Group and has implemented many practices on his own ranch to enhance habitat for the Greater Sage Grouse. Ryan has worked for 20 years in banking serving the Agricultural community. He is currently the Chief Credit Officer and Agricultural Trust Specialist for the First Northern Bank of Wyoming. Ryan and his wife Teresa, have three children: Ana, Tommy, and Elisa.

Coke is a fifth generation rancher from southeast Wyoming. After high school graduation he attended UW where he studied Rangeland Ecology and Watershed Management. While attending UW, he was involved in the Rugby Club, Range Club, Ag Student Council, Central Student Fees Committee and the Sigma Chi Fraternity. After graduation, he held various ranch jobs in MT and WY. He served two years on the Medicine Bow CD before moving to Pinedale and he was elected to the Sublette County CD in 2010. He currently serves as Vice Chairman. He is also involved in Provider Pals and is the current Vice President of the Green River Valley Cattleman’s Association. He manages Murdock Cattle Co., which is a cow/calf stocker outfit. He and his wife Molly have three daughters, Matazi, Mesa and Maddi.

David is the current Chairman of the Weston County Natural Resource District and has served on the board since 2015. David was raised as the seventh generation on a ranch near Newcastle, Wyoming. He, along with his wife Mandy, and son Davin, run a commercial cow/calf operation in addition to raising angus seedstock. David graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor of Science in Ag Business and a minor in Range Management. Prior to ranching full time, David worked for the US Forest Service and as an Ag Loan officer.
Tom Streeter – Area I Director
Tom was born into a generational Wyoming cattle and sheep ranch family, raised in the South Bighorn Mountain, Powder River, and the Gas Hills. Gravitating toward public service he graduated from the Wyoming Law Enforcement Academy, serving as a peace officer in Natrona and Fremont County WY, and Los Angeles County CA. Born with a deep rooted sense of duty, at thirty-six years old he enlisted in the United States Navy at Lancaster Ca, graduating Boot Camp at Naval Training Center San Diego. He devoted twenty-one years serving the Constitution and the nation primarily overseas in Asia and Mideast. During his service to the nation he had temporary additional assignments to National Science Foundation Office of Polar Programs researching, writing, and executing emergency response plans, to State Department and Secret Service in dignitary protection and instructor, to Naval Criminal Investigative Service in criminal investigations and antiterrorism writing, coordinating, and executing the Munitions Mishap Plan on the I-8 corridor. During those years of service he walked on all seven continents and stood at both Poles. After retirement he came home to Wyoming. Still driven to serve his community Tom is serving his second consecutive term elected to the Weston County Natural Resource Conservation District. He also was appointed to the Weston County Planning and Zoning Commission. He is married to the love of his life, Sherie Hilgenkamp, who is the Farm Service Agency Weston County Executive Director. They live on their Wyoming/Southern Dakota border ranch east of Newcastle with two spoiled Corgi dogs, a very opinionated goat, and herd of ungrateful Hereford cattle.

Levi Clark was appointed as a District Supervisor on the Platte County Resource District Board in 2014. He is an Agricultural and Commercial Lender at Platte Valley Bank in Wheatland. He has a small commercial cow/calf operation. Levi was born and raised in Wheatland, is the past Secretary and a member of the Chug Creek Pheasants Forever. He obtained a Bachelors of Science Degree in Agricultural Business from the University of Wyoming. He is engaged to Skye Dunlap and has a step daughter, Kaidyn, with her.

Abby was elected to the Powell Clarks Fork Conservation District in 2021 and currently serves as the secretary/treasurer. Abby was born and raised in Powell. She holds an AS degree in Agribusiness from NWC and a BS degree from the University of Wyoming. She currently works with her family on the family farm west of Powell.

John was originally appointed to the Cody Conservation District board in 2023. He currently serves as the Chair. He holds a BS and MS in Rangeland Resources from Oregon State University and a PhD in Range Science (Economics) from Utah State University. He was with Oregon State conducting rangeland economic research and extension and teaching for 24 years. He moved to the University of Wyoming in 2009 as the Department Head of Ecosystem Science and Management overseeing rangeland ecology, watershed management, soil science, and entomology. He became the Associate Director of the Wyoming Agricultural Experiment Station with statewide duties and served as the Director of the Powell Research and Extension Center and the Sustainable Agriculture Research and Extension Center in Lingle. He and his wife, Ann, moved to Cody following retirement in 2019.

Brandon Reynolds – Area IV Director

Brandon Reynolds has been on the Popo Agie Conservation District Board since 2020 and is currently Chairman. Born and raised in Lander, Brandon considers himself lucky to be back home. Brandon has a B.S. and M.S. in Rangeland Ecology/Watershed Management and law degree from the University of Wyoming. He has worked on water issues for the University of Wyoming, the State of Wyoming, the Shoshone and Arapaho Tribes, as a consultant, and currently as the Water Program Director for the Nature Conservancy of Wyoming. Brandon is also a Board Member of the Wyoming Water Association. He enjoys the trails, waters and creatures (two- and four-legged) of Wyoming.

Dave was raised in Minnesota and started working as a seasonal ranch hand in Jackson in the early 70’s while he was studying Biology at Harvard. He then worked construction until 2008 while obtaining a Geology degree from Montana State and a Geology/Geophysics degree from Oregon. He has conducted research primarily in the Yellowstone region, and has managed mineral properties in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan and Montana since 2000. Dave has been on the Teton Conservation District Board of Supervisors since 2002. He and wife, Courtenay, have two children.
