Todd is a fifth generation cattle and sheep rancher in Shirley Basin, 40 miles north of Medicine Bow, on the ranch his family homesteaded in 1909. They raise native grass hay and graze rangelands most of the year. He has an Associate’s degree in Animal Science from Rick’s College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science/Rangeland Ecology & Watershed Management from the University of Wyoming. Prior to being elected as a Supervisor on the Medicine Bow CD, Todd worked as the District Manager where he assisted with more than $2.3 million in range improvement projects.
Heward served on the statewide Greater Sage-grouse Inter-Agency Team for USFWS, the Historic Trails RC&D, and on the USFWS CCAA/CCA Development Team for Greater Sage-grouse/ranch management representing Wyoming Conservation Districts. He is a member of three Wildlife Technical Advisory Committee groups for wind energy development, is a cooperator in the Simpson Ridge Wind Project/Sage-grouse Telemetry Study, Bates Hole/Shirley Basin Sage-grouse Local Working Group and as a member of the Wyoming Livestock Board. He and his wife Malea, have seven children: Timothy, Logan, Caroline, Sarah, Bethany, Hyrum and Samuel.

Ryan Fieldgrove was elected to the Clear Creek Conservation District Board of Supervisors in 2010. He has served as Chairman for the District since 2010. Ryan is the manager for the Fieldgrove Ranch which owns and operates a range land cow/calf operation 20 miles east of Buffalo. The Fieldgrove Ranch was the 2011 Leopold Conservation Award recipient. The operation runs purebred Red Angus cattle and a small herd of meat goats for weed control. Ryan serves on the Northeast Sage Grouse Work Group and has implemented many practices on his own ranch to enhance habitat for the Greater Sage Grouse. Ryan has worked for 20 years in banking serving the Agricultural community. He is currently the Chief Credit Officer and Agricultural Trust Specialist for the First Northern Bank of Wyoming. Ryan and his wife Teresa, have three children: Ana, Tommy, and Elisa.
Kevin Lund – Area I Director

Kevin is a member of the Powder River Conservation District and was elected as an Area I Director in September 2020. He was born and raised in Kaycee, Wyoming and has lived in Wyoming his entire life. He currently serves as the President of the Sussex Irrigation Company Board. He has a cow/calf and hay operation on the ranch, nine miles east of Kaycee. In the past he worked in the oilfield doing a little bit of everything, he has been a truck driver and worked as a foreman most recently. Kevin and his wife Judy have been married for 24 years. They started JKL Land and Livestock 15 years ago

Levi Clark was appointed as a District Supervisor on the Platte County Resource District Board in 2014. He is an Agricultural and Commercial Lender at Platte Valley Bank in Wheatland. He has a small commercial cow/calf operation. Levi was born and raised in Wheatland, is the past Secretary and a member of the Chug Creek Pheasants Forever. He obtained a Bachelors of Science Degree in Agricultural Business from the University of Wyoming. He is engaged to Skye Dunlap and has a step daughter, Kaidyn, with her.

Sharon Lovitt was elected to the Converse County Conservation District Board of Supervisors in 2018. She currently serves as the Secretary/Treasurer. Sharon is a lifelong Converse County, Wyoming and ranches full time since becoming widowed. Sharon previously served as the Deputy County Assessor (10 years) and as a Converse County Commissioner for 9 years. She has volunteered for several organizations (holding offices in most) including Zonta, Rotary, Beta Sigma Phi Sorority, Converse County Cowbelles, Woolgrowers, Friends of the Old Shawnee School, Christian Women’s Club and Indian Paint Brush Artist Guild. Sharon has also served on the Converse County Republican Committee, the canvasing board for elections and has served as an election judge.

Abby Shuler – Area III Director
Abby was elected to the Powell Clarks Fork Conservation District in 2021 and currently serves as the secretary/treasurer. Abby was born and raised in Powell. She holds an AS degree in Agribusiness from NWC and a BS degree from the University of Wyoming. She currently works with her family on the family farm west of Powell.

Chris grew up near Saratoga, WY on the ZN Ranch. He graduated from the University of Wyoming in 2004, and in that same year, married his wife. They now have 4 children together. He enjoys working, living, and recreating in Wyoming with his family.

Dave Adams – Area V Director

Dave was raised in Minnesota and started working as a seasonal ranch hand in Jackson in the early 70’s while he was studying Biology at Harvard. He then worked construction until 2008 while obtaining a Geology degree from Montana State and a Geology/Geophysics degree from Oregon. He has conducted research primarily in the Yellowstone region, and has managed mineral properties in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan and Montana since 2000. Dave has been on the Teton Conservation District Board of Supervisors since 2002. He and wife, Courtenay, have two children.

Coke is a fifth generation rancher from southeast Wyoming. After high school graduation he attended UW where he studied Rangeland Ecology and Watershed Management. While attending UW, he was involved in the Rugby Club, Range Club, Ag Student Council, Central Student Fees Committee and the Sigma Chi Fraternity. After graduation, he held various ranch jobs in MT and WY. He served two years on the Medicine Bow CD before moving to Pinedale and he was elected to the Sublette County CD in 2010. He currently serves as Vice Chairman. He is also involved in Provider Pals and is the current Vice President of the Green River Valley Cattleman’s Association. He manages Murdock Cattle Co., which is a cow/calf stocker outfit. He and his wife Molly have three daughters, Matazi, Mesa and Maddi.
